We require candidates with superior education in Economics and/or Social Sciences and we value the completion of post-graduate degrees. It is essential that candidates have control of the English language and an advanced knowledge of other languages. They should be interceded in public affairs and in the evolution of grand socio-economic tendencies. They must also demonstrate intellectual inquiry, aptitude for teamwork and a willingness to take initiative.
